Amazing

This place is perfect. A couple of blocks from Chapultepec, walkable to many restaurants (some Michelin star), staff was wonderful and attentive, the apartment was super clean. We were comfortable and felt right at home!

I liked that it was clean , it felt safe with having a door man . It was close to attractions in walking distance. It did have a kitchenette but I felt they should have had paper towels and a hand towel for the kitchen . Also we had to ask for extra towels and they did not have wash cloths . We also had to ask for additional toilet paper as there was only one roll in a 2 bedroom condo . Overall we had a good stay just a few suggestions on providing towels , extra blankets in a condo of that size .

Very good stay in Condesa, CDMX. The hotel was very clean and cosy. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I recommend it!

Great stay

Found several amenities that were listed on the hotel’s page as being in the room weren’t actually present. Rooms are advertised as having a kitchenette but don’t. Housekeeping was virtually nonexistent. They didn’t clean our room the entire week-plus stay; we were lucky if we could even get soap and towels. Property has cheap fixtures, like a shower without a vent fan, and cheap windows that let in all kinds of noise and heat. Even the things it does have are in poor condition. The air conditioner in our room was hanging off the wall, and had no temperature control. It could barely dry the room, let alone cool it. Staff are friendly but the property is a dump. We won’t be back.

Very affordable and very clean. We liked it there. We will stay there again.

Great place to stay! The view and the cleanliness

The property is in a good locatio and easy walking distance to La Condesa neighborhood. The property is quiet and the one bedroom apartment is spacious. The bathroom is a really good size and the shower and toilet are in separate enclosures. The water pressure for the shower is good too and the water gets hot. The only words of caution is that the apartment does not have a heater that gets very warm. I believe the max the heater goes is about 73 degrees. So if you are a person that is always cold please be aware of this. There is an air conditioning unit in the apartment. I was told that it does get very cold in Mexico City so a heater is not usually necessary but then again that depends on your feeling of cold. Other than this heads up i really enjoyed my stay at this apartment.

If you're looking close a clean, budget friendly place, close to downtown then this might be the place for you.

You get what you pay for here. The cleaning staff forgot to give us our towels a couple of times and didn’t come when asked one day and no explanation was given. The actual room it self was clean and acceptable. The staff here were okay. There was one doorman who never said anything despite wishing him a good day every time he helped open the door. The road beside the hotel is pretty loud but with some ear plugs I didn’t mind it. If I were to do it again I would probably stay somewhere else but it did the job.

The property is renovated and clean looking. However, they gave us run down towels and they didn’t clean the floors as expected. They were friendly but lacked communication skills regarding cleaning the rooms and using the washer/dryer. We liked the property and the area it is located in but the staff needed better costumer service and professionalism when treating tourists.

We loved the location 2 blocks from the park entrance and walking distance to everything in Condesa and Roma. We liked the safety of having a doorman, the great rooftop to enjoy, and nice, large, clean room with comfortable bed and with a fantastic shower! A little noisy due to being close to the freeway so bring ear plugs but not too bad. Breakfast is coffee and a pastry which you can enjoy on the rooftop or take to your room. Fantastic restaurant right across the street from the hotel and a wonderful bakery too. Would absolutely stay here again. Great value!

Area immediately around property was dirty. Second night I was there, they had a very loud party upstairs right over my room. I had to put in earplugs. I was very anxious about check in from the directions given, but then there was some one duty at the desk snd it all went smoothly. Ran out of stuff both breakfasts i had there.

Would highly recommend

Our rooms were so clean and modern! A very comfortable and stylish place. The terrace is gorgeous and we enjoyed a complementary breakfast there every morning. Even though the hotel is right beside a roaring highway the rooms are entirely sound proof and we both slept very well. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Very handy to Chapultepec Park and the Anthropological Museum. At the time of our stay the nearby subway was closed for repairs so we had to figure out the buses or take an Uber. It was challenging at first but we figured it out!

It was great, clean, spacious and air conditioned! Many reviews talk about the fact that it’s right by the highway but the noise was no issue for us.
