Very bad and I'm very sorry I wasn't given bed linen, the wardrobe was broken, the bathroom was broken

Kondisi kamar tidak sesuai dengan gambar, kamar kotor, tempat tidur tdk ada spray, bantal tidak ada sarungnya, handuk tidak dikasih, perlengkapan mandi tdk ada. Kamar mandi jorok dan kotor.

Poor service, dirty room, water, no lights, off AC.

A very uncomfortable stay. When I want to check in I have to wait almost an hour because the room has to be cleaned first. And the next morning at 8:00 in the morning the electricity went out when I asked the hotel employee said he was going to run out and I was told to buy it myself.
