Regret.. regret why I just found out about cheap and comfortable accommodation.. fast service, clean place, normal AC, indoor bathroom with hot water too. I ordered a twin room and got a towel too... worth it if I go to Jogja and want to stay there again, there is also a kitchen in front of the room

for just a break when traveling to Yogyakarta, it's perfect, there are also many coffee shops in the vicinity. It's a bit tricky for Muslims because the space for prayer can be said to be narrow, so you have to be careful not to bump your head (for rooms with twin beds, yes).

Lingkungan yg nyaman, kamar mandi bersih, gak bau, ada air panas di kamar mandi, ada dapur bersama dan air minum. Keluarga pemilik guest house sangat ramah. Jika ke jogja lagi kami akan menginap disini lagi.

Ac nya bermasalah gak dingin, untuk water heater sama sekali gak hidup huhu agak kecewa menginap tahun ini di sini. Semoga ke depannya ada perbaikan untuk setiap kamarnya, ibu pemiliknya ramah dan baik, untuk bude yang bersih-bersih juga baik dan ramah. Kekurangannya cuma ac dan water heater bermasalah.

1. Lahan untuk parkir mobil terbatas. 2. Kamar ada beberapa sarang laba-laba. 3. Cat dinding sudah banyak yang kotor. 4. Dinding sebagian bukan dari bata (mungkin dari triplek atau sejenisnya). 5. Kamar mandi licin. 6. Instalasi wastafel kurang baik. 7. Ada soap container tapi kosong. 8. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan gambar, plus tidak ada jendela. 9. Ada noda merah kecoklatan di sprei. Kelebihan: AC dingin, penjaga ramah.

Lumayan nyaman, ramah, ada dapur kecil, tapi ada bocor saat hujan mungkin sedang di renovasi. Bantal pribadil saya ketinggalan warna coklat gimana ya?

Best. Friendly price. The facilities are really good, the air conditioner is quite cold. Lots of TV channels, hot water works well, towels and bath soap are provided. There is a public kitchen where you can cook. There are laundry facilities and motorbike/car rental. The most important thing is that the father and mother are very friendly and kind.

Saya menginap 2mlm malam pertama dapat kamar tidak sesuai dengan pesanan tapi pagi nya langsung di ganti dan sangat memuaskan pemilik nya sangat baik bisa sewa motor dan mobil juga recommended lah buat menikmati beberapa hari di Jogja.

Kamarnya bersih, pemiliknya juga ramah banget, menyediakan sewa kendaraan juga, ada dapur bersama. Menginap selama 2 malam di sini memuaskan banget, tempatnya juga dekat ke beberapa destinasi wisata. Cuma sayang water heater nya gak jalan, semoga cepat diperbaiki.
