In the hotel garage, there was a mountain of garbage piled high and smelly. Inside the hotel area in front of the room, there was another mountain of garbage and lots of rats. Mountainous means... there were many sacks of garbage that weren't thrown away but collected inside the hotel area. The room area wasn't cleaned. The bathroom was covered in dirt. Even the doormat was very dirty and covered in dirt.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. I booked two rooms. One of the toilets had a missing flush button, the sink faucet was broken and no water came out, and the blankets were dirty. The parking area also needs to be improved, as there are lots of leaks and it's slippery.

Arrived there, waited a long time, there were only a few chairs, the receptionist didn't show up, and was given a damaged room with a badly punctured roof.

The staff are unfriendly. The staff lack independence. It would be better to just close the hotel. There is no intention of cleaning it, even though the smell is very bad.

Just checked out again, dirty inside and out, 1.5 million rupiah loss. No refund. Not recommended.

The place was dark, the room smelled of cigarettes, the sheets were thin and dirty, oh my god. I asked to be moved to another room, but it was damp, I couldn't breathe and ended up leaving without staying. Even though the price is affordable, please improve the rooms and facilities.

I was very disappointed with the facilities and location. The atmosphere was pleasant in the pictures, but the real experience was truly disappointing. The place was very dirty and unsuitable. Hopefully, there will be maintenance and improvements in cleanliness, etc. in the future.

The sheets had lipstick stains, the clerk was unprofessional and nowhere to be contacted when I wanted to return the key.
