the staff is not the usual sir, seems inexperienced. the gate is always closed. if the previous staff was very friendly, check in no more than 5 minutes. in the morning the gate was opened at 6 o'clock and then closed at 11 o'clock at night. there was hair on the pillow as if it had not been changed. I have stayed here several times, and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness and staff of the hotel. but this time it was disappointing. fortunately this time I only stayed one night, usually 2-3 days. hopefully the new staff will learn better.
