Overall excellent stay and would stay here again!

The room was fine. My issue is that I left behind earrings and realized it within hours of checking out. I knew exactly where the earrings were left. However, when I called the property they were unable to connect me with someone who spoke English. By the time I spoke to someone about my earrings it was a day later and I was informed the earrings were not located

Loved the staff! Loved the property! It was like new..excellent location..close to the city center..mall and nice restaurants! I absolutely would recommend this place!

The property itself is great, looks nice and the rooms are ok. Not so much a fan of their breakfast- very busy, crowded, and have to fight for a table. In addition their dinner/lunch aren’t the best and quite costly. In general the hotel is good.

The hotel in general is nice and well kept. Breakfast I suggest going early as the tables fill up and you will have to eat outside. The room I was in had no iron.. which is a big inconvenience.

Even though I spoke little Portuguese, the staff did an excellent job helping me feel at home. They treated me with the upmost respect and the food was excellent.

I have been coming to São Paulo for 21 years…I have been staying TRYP hotel 6 times a year for two weeks at a time. I have an office in Itaim Bibi, this is the best option for me. It’s very nice and great location as well as the price.

Good hotel off a very popular street so that was nice. Breakfast buffet has a lot of breads but they do offer omelets made (you have to fill out an order form). No water at the breakfast buffet so that was interesting but good orange juice. Overall good value for the price

Very positive experience! Good renovation, clean, quiet and economical. One of those few hotels where I would actually book again. No false promises. Room is small, but has everything needed. Hardly any street noise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Room was about as small as a room with a queen bed could be.

This was my fourth stay here. The location is centralized to my points of interest. I would recommend it.

Very well located and English speaking stuff

Staff were friendly, helpful and calm. One issue with housekeeping being quite poor but reception sorted it out without a fuss. Not a lot of English spoken but Google Translate is your friend these days so no problem.

Our stay started off fine, but an issue with the door mechanism resulted in a room change which was a down grade. New room the safe didn't work, under the sink counter in the bathroom dark mar marks on the wall. Since this was where the toilet paper bin was I could only imagine what caused them. Also fould a red mark on the pillow case. Our last night I placed 2 towels on the floor to be replaced. I contacted the front desk twice to get at least one new bath towel and after a lot of promises we got nothing. If customer service is important to you then I would skip this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and the staffs there are very efficient.
