The room was clean and had convenient USB charging ports to charge iPhone on the nightstand next to the bed. The breakfast was phenomenal with a great selection. The staff was professional and friendly! Outstanding Hotel!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw – Mokotów and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which made the stay feel easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh and varied, perfect to start the day. The location is convenient, with good connections to the airport and city center. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travel in Warsaw!

This hotel isn't close to the city center but you have plenty to do close by and the tram is literally a very short walk. The tram and bus system is very simple and easy. The breakfast was a perfect European style buffet with a varid slection of meats, breads, and fruits. The staff was very friendly and ohhh...the soundproof rooms. You wont hear anything....which is great for light sleepers like me. Overall 10/10 highly recommend if you have to be in the city center.

Holiday Inn was the perfect place to stay at the end of our our roadtrip before flying back home. We appreciated that check out wasn't until 12:00 and that breakfast was served until 10:00, so we had a leisurely morning and enjoyed the breakfast. My mom said it was the best cup of coffee that she had in Poland! The room was comfortable and we appreciated that we could control the temperature. When the panel was glitching someone from the front desk happily came up to assist us in changing the temperature. Everyone was very warm, polite, and helpful. The front desk even collected bubble wrap for us so that we could wrap up our Polish pottery purchases for travel. Parking was on site around the corner from the entrance, and they suggested that by becoming a rewards member we could save 10 PLN on parking.

I stayed here once before when I flew into Warsaw. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff is exceptionately helpful and friendly.

Great location for me due to office nearby, walked there in 10min. Bus and tram stop right on main road. Easy walk to Westfields. Airport only about 10min drive away. Hotel room alrger than average, compfy bed and pillows were fab. I did miss having a barfridge in the room as I like to keep my water etc cold . Towels could be larger/softer but not a big thing

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was decent with a good breakfast selection. The location was great, with easy access to the city, and the airport was just a short drive away. Highly recommend

Not sure why parking isn't included in the price, it was advertised as such... also watch out for staff members that like to wear "wish-I-was-anywhere-but-here" badges (hint: it's tourism, be happy or pick another profession -- most of us have to do 8 years of education to get those kinds of paychecks/packages in this day & age).
