Never again want to rent an apartment through travelio. From the start, travelio went wrong, asking to check-in back to 14.30 WIB, not according to the agreement at 14.00 WIB. Then when they came to the unit, there were still workers in the sink repairing the sink so they couldn't enter directly. Then the great thing is, at 04.00 wib the electricity tokens can run out and I have to leave early in the morning because the electricity goes out. This travelio is really disappointing, I asked for a deposit in a hurry but the facilities and service were very disappointing.
