Nice place, friendly staff and awesome location. I did not receive the VIP upgrade benefit though. But the room given to me was ok, so no issues.

The first floor is the restaurant and bar,. In a good way, you can always have a good meal just under the room. However, it also makes the elevator filled with food smell. Overall, it is a good choice to stay and explore the city.

Hotel very nice. Desk staff good. However staff at restaurant for breakfast and dinner unable to understand enough English to provide gluten free meal which hotel said it offered.

Amazing place to stay! Clean and the staff was very friendly. Walking distance to the train station and plenty to do in the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay at Nohga for 7 nights. The hotel is very well put together with a nice vibe throughout the day in the public spaces. The rooms seem new and well designed, but are on the small side when not travelling light. Service is great. We were super lucky they checked the room and safe while we were getting ready to leave as we had forgotten to take our passports out of the safe.

Let me first saw I would stay here again - clean, comfortable and GREAT location for all things Akihabara. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but we had just stayed at the Nohga in Kyoto and well it was just nicer. This property was very nice and had a great restaurant albeit a bit on the expensive side. The rooms were very comfortable. Not a lot of extra room but you could get around. In the previous Nohga we had a large vanity area seperate from the bathroom which was very nice. Here the vanity was in the bathroom and there was really no space around the sink to put your stuff and for ladies this makes makeup and hair a balancing act. There was extra room underneath for storage and you could also close off the bathroom area from the main room with a sliding door so this was very nice allowing for privacy for getting dressed. The staff was very nice and always helpful. I missed having a small coffee shop in the hotel for getting a quick bite for breakfast or a coffee. You enter the hotel through the bar area of the restaurant and registration was on the 2nd floor. Overall a great stay.

The restaurant offered a variety of cuisine. Loved the Nogha Pizza offering. Duck pasta was also delicious. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Loads of walkable dining options. A massive Don Quixote conveniently located across the way.

Amazing customer service and room cleanliness with many amenities, only downside would be a late check in time.

We had a wonderful stay. A location was perfect in the heart of Akihabara, a service was a top notch, a room was very comfortable/clean and a bed was also incredibly comfortable. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered clothes recycling service (you could leave your clothes that you don’t need for recycling/repurposing)!! We also loved the convenience of having a nice pizza restaurant downstairs, and appreciated a complementary drink perk. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again next time we are in Tokyo. Thank you to the staff for making our stay very enjoyable and pleasant.
