Palem Mansion at One Residence is the perfect choice for family gatherings, as each apartment has two bedrooms and a connecting door. So, a large family of four can gather comfortably.

Strategic location, ok room, ok atmosphere, only the front line staff is not very friendly. Hopefully in the future it can be better. Overall ok.

The gym is not on time, it opens at 6, you have to call security before the gym can be opened, parking is paid for 24 hours, 60 thousand, so there is no free parking from other apartments, overall it is good.

I don't have any pictures of the unit, because since the first time I came I was already disappointed. When I got into the room, it smelled stinky… so terrible…
