Dear Daniel, We apologize in advance for what happened. Our rules are clear and state that our accommodation is SYARIAH as stated in our accommodation name, Kedaton House Syariah, which means that couples staying in our accommodation must have a legal/official marriage status. The rules stated in the application form also clearly state that guests must bring their marriage certificate if necessary. Meanwhile, when we checked in, it was not clear that you and your partner are legally married, such as the address and status on the ID card did not match, and there was no wedding photo and marriage certificate. Therefore, we did not allow you to stay in the same room. We hope that you will be more careful and pay more attention to details when booking in the future to prevent this kind of incident from happening again.
