A modern hotel in the old city of Klagenfurt. There was a sporting competition going on and some of the families were staying at the hotel which made it fun. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean, excellent condition and convenient location in Klagenfurt.

Very unfriendly personnel. limited options for dining. no toiletries, an extra fee for parking 15 Euros, and an extra fee for breakfast. 15 Euros. The front desk person, Nadine was very rude, not helpful, and confrontational. Don't recognize Expedia as their partner, and don't offer any benefits to the members. Would not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in excellent condition. Walking distance to downtown Klagenfurt wonderful staff. Nice lobby bar. Café.

Absolutely spot on stay at this Ibis. The staff were absolutely amazing, so considerate and kind and went out of their way to make our stay great. The room was really clean and very comfortable and very welcome at the end of a long day. Fully recommend.

Pretty hotel opened I think in June 2020 (or so). Comfortable beds. Only minus for me was not having a mini fridge in my room. Rooms for some reason don’t have refrigerators.
