The staff are over-and-above professional and friendly. The room was absolutely superb. The common areas were a great place to hang out. We needed to print some stuff and the staff accommodated. The FREE breakfast was as good as any at a higher-end brand. For example, a couple of nights later at a hotel that was twice the price, I paid 20 euros for a similar meal. I could not be happier with this stay.

We stayed 6 nights. The bed was very comfy, not sagging or roll to the middle. The breakfast has many options - pancakes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cold cereal, cold charcuterie meat & cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, buns & pastries, jam/butter/syrup/honey. Great coffee & tea options. Even a grocery store right next door, in case one was hungry for something different. Parking lot had lots of room. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the quality of the accommodation and the warmth of the staff were evident. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Viviana at the front desk. She truly embodies what it means to be a great host. Viviana was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Her friendly demeanor and helpful nature made a significant positive impact on my stay. Another highlight was the breakfast. It was delicious and offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The quality of the food was top-notch, and it was evident that care was taken in its preparation. Starting my day with such a delightful breakfast set a positive tone for the rest of the day. My stay at this property was fantastic. The excellent facilities, combined with the outstanding hospitality from Viviana and the delightful breakfast, made it a memorable experience. I liked the modern decorum. It was spa like with clean lines. Very comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious which included hot scrambled eggs and the staff was wonderful. Guest should be asked if they will need a parking permit. Upon arrival, we parked our rental car and checked in. Assuming the parking permit/cost was included. Not so. We went out only to return to a full parking lot. It just so happened that my brother has a disability and had brought along his handicap decal. So, the desk clerk asked to see it; otherwise, we were told that our car would be towed. That was the only glitch in our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient with restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.

The hotel is lovely and modern, spacious lobby & bar area. The rooms were spacious, clean with comfortable beds. The shower was a good sized walk in in a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very disappointing, we ate 1.5hrs before it closed and most items had run out and the staff were very slow in replenishing. We arrived an hour before check in on the off chance that we could get our room early or at least store our luggage but we got a straight abrupt no, when we arrived later we were initially told we had no reservation until someone stepped in. Some customer service training would be beneficial!!

This hotel was extremely nice. It's main purpose is business travelers, however even though we were touring Germany we found it to be a great place to stay.
