I paid a lot for 3 nights of public parking it was good that was right beside hotel. It was not clear in the advertisement if the hotel has parking or not. Other than that the hotel was amazing!

This hotel is in very nice location, its walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops. The staffs are also friendly and efficient. Room is simple but clean. We didn't try the breakfast though as its not included in our package.

Both beds were broken-there was a downward slant in the bed-which made it uncomfortable Th cleaning crew did a poor job-the carpet in our room & the hall were not swept while we were there The breakfast was good and the hotel was in a good location We would not recommend this hotel or stay there again

Wholefoods and eateries very close. Path entrance 1/2 blk walk! Internet. Free continental breakfast! Found street park for weekend days. Highly recommend.

Clean, convenient, easy

Initially, I was going to give them no stars because of a miscommunication with the booking third party and the hotel, which resulted in a cancellation of our booking of which we did not become aware until we arrived at the property. But, once the Night Manager Isis became aware of the issue, she immediately intervened and went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of! We were so delighted with everyone’s customer service from that point on. The amenities of the hotel were immaculate, the food at the cafe was delicious, and the room itself was perfect for our little family. Amazing location, very walkable and the Grove St. PATH was right outside of our door, which made life so much easier for our commute into NYC each day. We have already decided the next time we do a NJ/NYC trip (which we do often since I am a NJ native) we will happily stay here again!

I chose this hotel due to the brand Hilton. But obviously this hotel is nothing alike Hilton. Poor facilities and service is not professional. I ever stayed at Canopy in Portland and Canopy in Jersey City. Very unpleasant experience for both of the stays. I will never stay with Canopy.

Carpet needs replaced . Water glass stains on the coffee table. Rubber molding around master bed coming off. Off-color paint repairs are noticeable

Love this property for the convenience and appearance. Easy to walk to everything and very accommodating. Also beautifully constructed and the rooms are so comfortable

Easy, Lean & Great Hotel

Staff lied about when we checked in to Expedia support. Saying "we showed up late" so we didn't get a room until an hour later, even though we arrived on time.

I attended an early Fourth of July event at the Statue of Liberty, held at Liberty State Park, and staying at this hotel made it very convenient. After the event, I requested a late checkout, and they kindly allowed me to stay until 1 PM. This extra time gave me the opportunity to rest and freshen up before heading back to Brooklyn.
