The location is far from the center of Malang, so for vacation purposes in Malang it might need to be considered again. We booked here because almost all hotels in Malang were full (booking 26-28 Jan. 2025). For the size of a hotel in the district, it is good, the room is large plus there is a sofa that can function as an extra bed. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not a problem. The staff are friendly. Only breakfast is not available, but in front of the hotel there is a food stall with friendly prices. Likewise, the water heater is not available, but there is a dispenser in the lobby. The hot water is quite good even though it is not very hot. We booked two rooms, one room has a TV connected to the internet, the other one does not, for us it is not the main issue. Overall, for the spacious room size and affordable price, it is still okay for a family with 2 children, because the father can lie on the sofa. 😅

I apologize, the staff are so good, but when I came to the room, the table was so many dust until many dot of I don't know what, I just clean it by myself. Not a big problem for me, but I hope no one will found that again. The AC was not enough cool when you sleep at the bed, maybe because the wall close the AC circulation. Other than that, was good. Your hotel was so good, silent and comfortable. But ya, maybe you can try be better about the dust on the desk and table, also for the AC too. Thank you.

Pelayanan staff sudah bagus, tas saya sempat ketinggalan di receptionis, tapi petugas dengan cepat dan sigap membantu mengembalikan tas. Hanya sayangnya saya dapat kamar yang bau asap rokok sangat kuat. Kebersihan area hotel dan kamar mandi perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

All rooms are smoking rooms. When you want to stay in non-smoking room, they will spray a lot of perfume, still smell was gross and will get you headache. Worst experience ever.
