The location is good, just 2 minutes' walk from Shin Osaka station. The staff is friendly and helpful. All facilities are functioning well. If you need anything, there is a combini right in front of the hotel.

Very close to Shin-Osaka Station with elevator entrance. There are 24 hours food chains nearby.

Just 5' walk from JR Shin Osaka Station. Take east exit. The hotel room is quite big, clean, and you can find the amenities at the lobby. There is Lawson at the lobby. Staffs are friendly. Check in and check out are fast. Sure will be back to this hotel.

Ada Lawson persis di lantai 1 hotel, sangat memudahkan kami mencari sarapan dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan mendadak lainnya. 5. Bisa menitipkan koper di sini hingga waktu check in.

Dari stasiun Shin Osaka keluar di pintu East, hanya berjalan 5 menit sudah bisa menemukan hotel. Kamar cukup untuk berdua dengan 2 koper large. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari dan diberikan piyama bersih setiap hari. Ada loundri coin di lantai 2. Microwave di lobi. Minuman hangat atau dingin seperti kopi, latte, cokelat drink bisa diambil sepuasnya di lobi. Air mineral disediakan 2 botol setiap hari di kamar. Puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan di hotel ini. Worth for the price. Akan kembali ke sini lagi someday. InsyaAllah

Good location, kind staff, easy check in/out.

The location is perfect; Only 5 minutes walking to the station. There are many restaurants nearby. Staff has service mind. We left our luggage at the hotel because we were too early to check in. Once we were back to the hotel, our luggage were in our room already. We will come back to stay here again.

We are both very happy and comfortable being here, because the location is very close to the station and the convenience store is right in front of the hotel, open 24 hours. And the staff were very friendly and helpful to our needs. Clean rooms make us more comfortable in Osaka when we return to the hotel. Thank You.

Lucky booking this hotel! It has all the facility for traveling. They provide free coffee/choco/water machine. The room quite small but it has very nice minimalist style. Location near to shin osaka station and has lots of restaurant nearby even attached with 7-11.

Hotel is nice. Facility is complete. However the receptionist (man, older) seems unwelcome for my inquiry to search for lost items.

The location is strategic, near shin-osaka station (east exit) many food stalls and konbini around just a walk away! The check in and check out process was very smooth! They also gave free amenities refill and free coffee and drink in the lobby! And the cozy pajamas for guest to use during our stay! Room are sparkling clean and comfortable! A lil bit small but they've mentioned it on the description so it is no biggie! Overall, enjoying my stay here, worth every penny!

The room is small but very clean. Complete facilities, attentive to customer needs, very good, with hair dryer, power adapter / charging cable for all types, safe, shower cream / shampoo is very good. The hotel is very close to Shin-Osaka Station, convenient to travel, can travel with both Osaka Metro, JR, Shinkansen, can choose to find a variety of food at the station. because around the hotel there are not many restaurants But there are convenience stores, both Family Mart and under the hotel, Lawson is overall impressive 10/10
