I recently stayed at your hotel in Spiez and wanted to share some feedback about my experience.
Firstly, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm welcome from your staff. However, I did notice a few areas that could be improved.
The room did not have air conditioning, nor was there a minibar, which I found a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was quite high for the services provided. The breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited variety and quantity.
