We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect for the river and we enjoyed the amazing view. This is a very old building, restored and has a lot of character - so very unique. Communication with staff and check-in instructions were clear. However, our requests for towel change got ignored repeatedly, sadly. We did find a large bag of clean towels in the hallway though… Property was reasonably clean. We would recommend this location for it’s uniqueness.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Many restaurants near by and nice area to walk around, but it’s not loud at all when you are in the room.

Great location! In Ribeira Square with shops and restaurants. Right on the water, great views! Close to all the sights. Would recommend!!!

The apartment was in good location but the need to improve the quality of the bed and mattress

The apartment was fantastic. The location was epic, with fantastic views of the Duoro River. Was easy check-in too. Only suggestion is to get some throw pillows to provide protection as the couch arm is very hard.

A wonderful apartment right on the riviera with an amazing view over the river. Spacious and very helpful staff who have some great pointers. Highly recommend.

The view is unbeatable. Like a lot of parts of Portugal not very easy to get to but not hard. It’s an older property so has its issues in plumbing and sound proofing. Could hear the upstairs neighbors as they walked as I am sure the downstairs could hear my kids. We did not even meet the staff so cannot really say if they were friendly. If you are looking for a service apartment I don’t think this is a place for you. It was comfortable but limited.

Great view and great location no doubt. But the lack of communication with staff almost made me not able to get into the apartment. I missed the 48hours online check in and I contacted the staff no response and no one pick up the call either, luckily the cleaning lady opened the main door so I could able to get in to identify me to get the key. Anyway I won’t be booked this house again in the future.

Incredible view and location. Parking very expensive. Great to relax with friends. Dishes needed to be washed again before we could use them.

Great location no doubt, while the facilities were old and lack of basic maintenance (lights, kitchen fan), not enough cooking utensils for family use, only 4 decaf capsules left in the cabinet (contacted online with the staff but no response), overall I love the location but anything else was disappointed.

The location is amazing. The instructions to check in are clear and access is great. Not far from street where you get dropped off by Uber so you don’t have to haul luggage that far. There’s no one to call though if you forget keys or for any questions. If you are sensitive to noise then you would hear footsteps from above room. But you are right where the action is and there’s plenty of space.

Extremely nice place to stay

Lovely location. Booked for the view, which didn’t disappoint. Very clean and spacious. I am used to a softer bed with topper, so found the bed a little hard, but that is a personal preference and not a criticism.

Great time, location was excellent and we enjoyed our time here!!!!!
