Stayed on 11/23/25 in room 5220, there were lots of spider webs on the bed that had never been cleaned, and actually I don't believe in taboo things, but it was a bit scary because the lights were turning off by themselves, like they were turned off but then turned back on, and the room area wasn't very clean. Maybe because it wasn't an expensive room, maybe a comfortable suite

Suitable for staycation with family

Good location, nice view, decent food. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the amenities are a bit inadequate. I got a torn towel 😅. I'll check again next time.

The only concerns from our stay were the distance to city centre and the cleanliness of the facilities in the room. Others were good.

Not baby friendly mattress is too high for active toddler, but don't lower the mattress.

I'm very impressed with the hotel, it's clean, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious... But unfortunately, when I chatted on Traveloka, it said breakfast is included for children under 10 years old, but it doesn't. My 8 year old child was charged 85 thousand. But it's okay here, the hotel is good.. clean.. I'll come here again sometime

It was quite pleasant, but the room wasn't fully carpeted so the floor was really cold, there was no bathroom mat, the wifi was pretty fast...

The hotel is clean, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is delicious, the view is cool....it's a shame the location is far from the city center.

I got a room on the top floor and brought a lot of my beloved stuff. I asked the staff for a room downstairs so it wouldn't be a hassle. It turned out to be full so I was forced to stay on the top floor. It turned out that the wifi in that room was broken, the bathroom floor was slippery and I fell in the bathroom causing my legs and buttocks to hurt and get injured. Why aren't you more careful with cleanliness? It's my parents' fault if you don't, it's already a problem if you fall in the bathroom. I've reported the problem to the receptionist and they only responded that it would be confirmed to the hotel management. I just laughed 😂. Of course I got compensation for the injuries I experienced..!! The TV doesn't automatically connect to the wifi so I can't watch YouTube for the kids. I asked for equipment to eat three times and it took a long time to get through. I contacted the receptionist because the wifi was broken. A technician came but it couldn't be fixed. In the end, I was told to move to a room downstairs with a single bed. The previous room was a twin bed. It turned out that the room was probably not clean enough and there was still food left in the refrigerator from previous guests. It's best if the hotel provides comfortable and clean service so that guests come back. But so far, I've stayed in various star hotels. This is the most disappointing experience I've had during my stay. Hopefully it will be better in the future so that no one is disappointed. Thank you

Suitable for family vacations

The lights go on and off in the middle of the night. It's scary.

When it comes to the atmosphere, there's really no other place like this. But when I stayed there yesterday, I booked two rooms, and the bathrooms both smelled the same. It was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was great.

For office staff staying overnight because there is a branch meeting, it's okay.
