Not bad for a transit spot. There's a souvenir shop in front. The room is clean, the AC is cool, and there's a place to sit upstairs to watch the sunset. Breakfast is delivered to your room. Unfortunately, the room isn't soundproof. When the neighbor turned on the bathroom faucet, it sounded loud in the room. Overall, if it's just a transit spot, it's still recommended. Great service, beautiful views in the evening and morning from the rooftop. The plus side of staying here is that if you want to go on vacation to Banyuwangi Park, you can just walk there because it's so close. I'll be staying here next time.

Comfortable budget hotel, good facilities

The location is strategic, the receptionist is friendly, check in and check out is fast. But the room is super dirty. Lots of dust, there are cobwebs everywhere, dirty sheets with lots of stains and tears, the blanket is only given for a single bed even though the mattress is a double bed, there is also a lot of dust outside because it is being renovated but it is not covered so the dust goes everywhere, even into the swimming pool.

the second stay was not suitable, the room was in front of the pool, lots of mosquitoes, dirty & the toilet was crusty. The top was being renovated so the swimming pool could not be used.

- strategic location, very easy to reach - arrived at the hotel at 13:00 and the receptionist allowed check in because the room was already available.. the service was friendly. - the room is indeed a bit narrow for a family room but comfortable, the room is provided with mineral water and a water heater. The bathroom has hot water and is smooth, the AC is normally cold. - the food is delicious and the price is reasonable, not too expensive. - the swimming pool is quite large and clean. next time I go to Banyuwangi again, it will be on my list of places to stay again.

the hotel location is strategic and the surrounding atmosphere is comfortable because next to it is still a rice field. In the room provided we can sit while enjoying the view and free coffee and tea are provided. Unfortunately when I was here there was a project being worked on so there was a lot of dust, some facilities such as the air conditioner were not cold enough and the swimming pool was being cleaned so we couldn't use the pool facilities, even though one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because there was a pool. Besides that, the hotel staff seemed unprepared, not very friendly. Hopefully it can be improved and my suggestion is for the quality of the food to be improved to match the quality of the hotel. thank you

Strategic location, clean, comfortable rooms and quiet atmosphere

for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, they can sleep very comfortably. strategic location across from Banyuwangi Park, friendly & helpful staff. there is a minimarket, souvenir shop, bluder bakery. only cleanliness needs to be considered: the glass in the room still has lipstick marks, the floor under the table is dirty, the toilet washbasin shower is crusty. hopefully it can be better.

Please fix the bathroom because it's clogged.
