Excellent stay! The breakfast was really good. Lots of options.

The Hampton Inn was very nice. Clean and updated. Beds were ok. Not great but not terrible either. Good enough if you are just staying a couple nights. Food was typical. Best to just stick to the basics. Overall great choice for us and we will be coming back in a week and staying there again.

Great hotel!

The property is reasonably comfortable, it is located in a quiet area. The front desk agent Francine allowed us early check in when we arrived early from the airport. The Houeskeeping could do some improvement, especially replacing bedsheets and overall cleaning. The supervisor Kenney did offer help when requested. The snack and drink section near the front desk needed to be restocked as items such as milk and potato chips and sundry items were not stocke up during our five day stay. The walls were chipped and was damaged in our room next to the bed. Maintenance work needed improvement. Coffee in the coffee station needed replenishment, Bananas were only available for one day during our breakfast instead the oranges and apples were rotten and not of good quality.

This location was nice for the price and location to the amenities. The breakfast was superior and the staff was nice.

The hotel was well maintained. Very clean. The room and bathroom were spacious.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is very clean and bed is comfy. Shower curtain and bathroom super clean. No bad odor, room smell fresh. Shopping area about 10mins drive. Lots of food store within a 5mins drive. Lots a parking. Abundance of healthy breakfast choices to choose from. Real fresh food daily. Coffee available in lobby 24hrs. Hallways just as clean as the rooms. Lobby clean and staff friendly. Pool is very clean and heated. I would stay again when visiting buffalo. Very quiet. Lots of towels and toiletries. Daily room service.

I checked in around 10pm and found out in 10 min that the cleaning staff forgot to put hand soap in the bathroom. I informed the front desk person and he was not helpful saying he doesn’t have access. So we had to manage with shower gel to was the hands for the night. Other than that the stay went well.

Friendly, clean, ample breakfast selection, pool was clean and well kept with lots of seating around pool area.

Not a fan of the sliding bathroom door. The bodily odors and sounds could be smelt and heard throughout the entire suite. When you're travelling with grown boys and a man then you can relate and understand how this concept is terrible. Additionally the hot continental breakfast isn't edible, it may appear that it's a hit because the dishes are emptying, however vast majority of it ends up in the garbage. Thankfully they had plenty of other continental breakfast options. Aside from the poorly designed door and the food, my stay was quite pleaseant. The housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate. The front desk staff, of all hours, were just delightful. They were all so friendly and pleasant during each and every encouter. I absolutely loved their print out of staffs picks for dinning options. Such a fabulous idea!
