I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Since the hotel is only 30 minutes from my house, I decided to use my motorcycle for easy access. However, I really regretted it on Saturday afternoon, as I couldn't park my motorcycle downstairs because the parking lot was full. I was then directed to park with the employee parking lot. Hmm, as a guest, I was annoyed. Why are guests being told to park in the employee area? There should be a dedicated space for guests. It felt like being treated like a stepchild, haha, but that's okay. In the future, please provide a space for motorcycle parking, even if it's full of cars; motorcycles are small.
The hotel's location is safe, close to restaurants, healthcare facilities, batik tourism, ATMs, and minimarkets, so it felt safe and comfortable.
The hotel smells very fragrant, a calming scent. Every corner smells good, I love it. The staff service is excellent, helpful, friendly, and awesome. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent work. I hope the salary is adequate for your dedication. It's sad, sometimes, that even well-performing human resources sometimes receive salaries that aren't worth it (I'm not talking about the hotel in question, but the reality is that there are still many companies like that).
The breakfast menu on the first and second days wasn't much different, so I got a bit bored on the second day, but that's okay. The menu is extensive, varied, and the taste is decent. There's a coffee bar where you can request hot or iced coffee (the coffee is delicious, by the way). During the meal, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Huh, you guys are the best. Of the several hotels I've stayed at in Solo, Zigna has the best service.
A big plus. There's a water dispenser outside the room, making it easier for guests who get thirsty. They have a smart TV (log in with your personal account), but there's a slight problem with the Wi-Fi; the signal is weak and intermittent. Hopefully, there's an improvement.
👍 Thanks
