I stayed there on a business trip, so I didn't have time for breakfast on site. I couldn't take out breakfast, so I had no choice but to buy breakfast for a week-long stay.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is very comfortable.

The room rates are quite high for the area, there is no telephone in the room to contact the staff, the 2nd floor uses stairs (no elevator).

During my stay at the Aidia Hotel, the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The air conditioning was cool, but the position was a bit annoying because it blew directly onto the bed. I was also a bit bothered by the noisy guests staying next to me, who were noisy until midnight. I thought the breakfast was delicious, but it lacked variety. The menu could be further reevaluated. The swimming pool was also out of service due to maintenance, so our kids were quite disappointed not to be able to swim. Maybe next time we stay again, things will change.

Asked for a queen bed but was given singles combined, the AC wasn't cold even though there were 16 of them.

TV is having problems, no picture is showing.

The hotel is not comfortable, too expensive for that price.

Ample parking, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, this hotel is new but seems neglected. The carpet in the lobby (stairs) smells musty, the bathroom smells, the pillows are torn, the sheets are stained and the towels are very shabby, and when it rains heavily the room leaks. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the vehicle parking is also spacious.

The main thing is to have a good soul, you won't regret staying here.

First time staying here, the hotel staff was not informative, there was no harmony between the receptionist and the restaurant staff, in the end we had to eat sahur too close to the time.

the service is very unsatisfactory and unpleasant.. should have been confirmed as soon as possible.... there is no better solution, it is even more expensive..

Good location, parking is okay, staff is friendly and very helpful. But idk the water for bathing smells, is it because the area is a former rice field? Allergies, There should be a filter or something to make the water clean And ordered a double bed and literally given a single bed, a double that is put together? Is there no real double bed. Overall okay but the cleanliness of the towels needs to be replaced, dirty and rusty?! and the water needs to be filtered, will not stay here again if the water condition is still the same, allergies all over.

the staff is very friendly... but very disappointed with the swimming pool facilities, may I suggest not to make an application if there are swimming pool facilities if the swimming pool cannot be used...😭

The place is clean, the bed is big, only the AC is not quite right, it shouldn't be facing the bed, but other than that it's okay.

The hotel staff are all very friendly, the cleanliness is extraordinarily clean, the parking is spacious and comfortable. Overall, the best.

The best hotel in Metro, I have stayed here many times, it just so happened that on the day I stayed, the pool water had just been cleaned so it looked foamy and dirty, oh yeah, the carpet on the stairs should be cleaned often because it smells musty, otherwise everything is good 💕

The sink tap is so small that it can't be used, the breakfast is very minimal if it has to be charged 80 for adults and 40 for children, the drinking glasses run out and are not refilled for a long time, there are many guests but the menu availability is probably lacking, this breakfast menu is sea bream without any other choices, I've been here many times but tonight was the worst 🙄
