A huge thank you to Holiday Inn for upgrading my room to a suite! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking—I can see the sunset perfectly from here. Such a memorable stay.

My first stay at the resort was wonderful. My friend actually recommended it to me. It is close to the airport, and the place is nice. The service was excellent. They allowed me to extend my stay for a few hours past the checkout time, which was a bonus since I was traveling by myself. I highly recommend this place.

Booked the family suites for our short holiday and it was an amazing experience. The resort facilities and team services are really friendly and professional. We will be back! My son is having allergic reaction to dairy products, but the restaurant team was trying their best and accommodate our request. Improvement: Please check the room's odor, as our first impressions when we entered the room was a bit smelly. But all good.

The hotel is very family friendly, staying here for 4 nights was very enjoyable. The resort environment is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is also friendly and the service is very good.

Excellent, I had wonderful stay at Holiday Inn, best (affordable) kid-friendly resort! There 's so many facilities for kids, huge kids swimming pool, outdoor playground, football court, kids club, beach, etc. Service was excellent. I booked for superior but upgraded to deluxe and the room is fantastic. Thanks for the great hospitality:).

I love the hospitality of all the team since we arrived until we check out. They also allowed us to late check out and get free airport transfer too, we also love the strategic location of the hotel, will definitely come back.

I have no complained about this hotel! Everything is just superb! Will come back and stay here again. Highly highly recommended! Just feel so chill and relaxing here!

I really like this hotel, especially because they have a very large field and are very good for children, and an envy restaurant that we often visit because the food and place are delicious, it's just a shame that last November 2021 didn't get a free room upgrade even though there are many hotels empty, while we were 12 days in Bali moving hotels and getting all free upgrades, but it's okay overall very satisfied.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, close to the Segara beach. Only breakfast, the main menu lacks variety, the choices are only fried rice, chicken porridge, omelette, luckily the waffles are decent. Don't believe the check-in hours on the web are written as being allowed to enter at 9 in the morning, when you arrive at the hotel, you are told to wait at 3. When you complain, you are asked to ask the online agent. sob. You know, I didn't check out quickly from the previous hotel.

Kaget di luar ekspetasi, karena selama di bali hotel jump dan jujur semua bersih, tapi nyampe sini bukan bersih lagi, tapi bersih banget, kagetnya lagi bedsheet ga gatel sama sekali, karena aku pikir semua hotel bakal sama aja, beneran hari-hari sebelumnya nginap di hotel lain aku ngerasa gatel-gatel dikit di badan, pasti ngerasain jadi yaudah lah mungkin badan aku terlalu lebay, nyampe sini bener-bener kaget bedsheet ga gatel, semua pelayanannya jempol banget, dari kebersihan kamar yang parah bersih banget, fasilitas kamar yang super lengkap, except sendal sama sikat gigi nya ga ada (atau aku yang ga nemu) but no probs for me lah, tapi bingung kenapa di traveloka jarang banget ada yang review ini hotel, terus di masa pandemi saat hotel-hotel lain ngecut something untuk motong biaya hotel yang karena wisatawan berkurang selama pandemi, aku rasa ga terlalu banyak yang dikurangin oleh pihak hotel dan bikin lega sih kaya kemaren ada beberapa hotel, itu kaya nyalain lampu-lampu remang-remang di malam hari, mungkin takut biaya bengkak tapi no income, ya gasalah sih tapi kan kadang bagi pengunjung kan serem, nah untuk kamar ini untuk ambiance + fasilitas roomnya itu modern simple, pokoknya ga serem, semoga pandemi cepat berakhir, ga sabar pengen balik lagi sini. Saran untuk free return airport sebaiknya kita infoin ke stafnya dulu sbelum hari H, dan sekaget itu aja sama semua pelayanannya.
