The hotel staff is very friendly and nice.

Please give me a room on the top floor with dim lighting, the lights look like the room hasn't been used for a long time, the AC is noisy, the TV is blurry, the toilet is dirty, suddenly after leaving the hotel and walking around there are 2 cigarette butts in the bathroom.

This is an old hotel, but it's cheap considering its condition. I got a room facing the pool, but the door looked like it was about to fall off. The toilet was a good old-fashioned toilet, but it had an unpleasant odor. Hopefully, it will be upgraded soon, so the hotel's strategic and quiet location can add to the comfort.

The room is poorly maintained, dusty and the AC is not cold.

The staff is friendly, but cleanliness is lacking. The restroom near the swimming area smells strongly of cigarettes, and some waste hasn't been flushed, possibly a faulty toilet.

Very friendly, because we brought a baby, we wanted the first floor, and our room was upgraded by the kind man. It's really great.

The place is comfortable, the staff is friendly, they can help me when checking in, I moved rooms twice but they still smiled, thank you Mr. Irfan, the spacious room was great.

I didn't expect to get a room that was a bit stuffy and smelly, the AC could only be turned on and off, it couldn't be turned up or down, the toilet also smelled, there was no air freshener at all, and the shower was also a bit broken, the water didn't flow properly, the breakfast menu options were only fried rice and omelettes, but I was happy that the hotel staff and receptionists were friendly.

Lots of mosquitoes, at that price the comfort could be improved.
