Guests arrive at the hotel around 9 am while check-in time is at 14.00. conditions stated at the time of reservation via Traveloka. Because the guest wants to rest immediately in the room, the receptionist offers to pay for early check-in and the guest immediately agrees without raising any objections. 2. When checking in, it has been informed that the check out time is at 12.00 so that just before check out time, guests have been informed that the tolerance for late check out is a maximum of 30 minutes, but guests leave the room around 13.00 past so by the system it is automatically counted late check out. 3. Regarding the size of the room area, the information is clearly stated on Traveloka, so that it can help guests to know the condition of the room before making a reservation, as well as our hotel is equipped with adequate prayer room facilities if the room is considered uncomfortable for praying. 4. The room capacity policy on the Traveloka application is very clear that each room is occupied by a maximum of 2 pax, and has also been conveyed by the reception crew at check-in, but with a total of 3 rooms that you use, the room is occupied by a total of 12 people which is already violates the capacity policy which is clearly stated in the T&C on the Traveloka Application and what the reception crew has conveyed when you check in. So it is very reasonable for the hotel to apply a charge for the excess capacity. Therefore, the hotel does not harm at all, let alone commit fraud as you mentioned in the review.
