The hotel is located on the main road to town, with tourist attractions not far away, such as Bur Telege, Kalanami and Lut Tawar Lake.

The restaurant and rooftop are not satisfying, the service is slow

Highly recommended with very complete facilities, there is a swimming pool, a gym and of course a complete and satisfying breakfast.

The name is 4 stars, but the service facilities are 2 stars, the hot water setting is not functioning, there is no AC setting. The interior of the room does not reflect a 4 star. No recommendation in my opinion.

Hotel yang bagus dan sangat menyenangkan, lokasinya strategis, makanannya enak, ruangannya bersih sehingga cocok untuk keluarga yang berkunjung ke Takengon.

Hotel bintang 4, tapi seperti kaki lima. Hati-hati menginap di sini, kalau tidak percaya bisa dites semalam aja. Pesan melalui aplikasi dan sudah lunas terbayar, begitu nyampek hotel, kamarnya penuh kata receptions, katanya aplikasi yang salah, gila dan aneh. Kamar bau dan jorok, AC ga berfungsi. Air panas ga bisa keluar, kalau mau mandi. Sarapan pagi, seperti kita makan didapur umum, terbatas menunya, piring dan gelas jorok. Pokoknya nyerah menginap hotel bintang 4 ini. Mahal saja, tapi seperti pasar.

Hotelnya bagus, nyaman, bersih. Pelayanannya juga oke banget dan sarapan-nya juga enak semua.

Sorry to say, it's not worth it in 4 stars, it fits 1 star, the room doesn't have a window, there's no light to sleep, the AC can't be set, stuffy, not recommended. Usually always satisfied with hotels that order through the application, this is the first time I regret and regret staying here, I'm sorry I won't be going to this hotel again.

-The wifi is really bad in the room. -The toilet door can't be closed tightly. Once it can be locked 😂. + there is a salad bar. I only eat veggie, shredded chicken and hard boiled eggs. Any hotel with these for breakfast will always be a good point for me. Even though this one is just lettuce and carrots it's still ok for me.

Pengalaman saya kurang menyenangkan menginap di sini. 4 bintang 4. Tapi saat ke reception petugas kosong. Ketika saya sampai di meja reception baru ada petugas laki-laki yang memanggil petugas perempuan di ruang belakang reception yang sepertinya baru bangun tidur karena tampak dari mata dan wajahnya. Tidak ada petugas di lobby yang biasanya menyambut tamu dengan senyum ramahnya seperti hotel bintang 4 lainnya. Beberapa dinding dekat tangga berjamur. Saya booking yang deluxe dan AC nya central. Tapi ketika saya sudah check in di kamar sejak pukul. 15.00 hingga pukul. 17.30 AC belum dinyalakan sampai saya telp ke reception baru dinyalakan AC nya. Breakfast diantar ke kamar menu nya nasgor, susu dan puding. Ketika kami tanya-tanyakok gak makan di resto mas?"Petugas hanya senyum-senyum aja tidak menjawab.

The room is small. AC and lights often turn off. The hot shower is not good. Check-in is too complicated. The pool water is dirty. The rooftop only has acoustics on weekend nights. With a price of 550 and above the facilities are lacking.

Booking via the application, the hotel does not want to issue a bill.

New hotel, pleasant service, clean, roadside friendly, easy to access.

The service and employees are good. But, I think this hotel is overrated. The swimming pool looks uncleaned. The room decoration is not comforting, too specious and empty. The power plug is distant from bed making it difficult for phone charging. Foods are disappointing, they are either too salty or too sweet. I recommend to choose other hotels.
