Clean, roomy, the 7eleven downstairs and the public bath on the top level were amazing. Staff was so helpful.

This was an excellent hotel. Perfectly placed with an exceptional and helpful staff.

The room was a good size for Japan, conveniently located near train lines, shopping, and dining options. It was quiet, offered nice amenities, and the staff were helpful. This was our sixth hotel in Japan, and our favorite.

The property is well maintained and super clean and comfortable. The only drawback is a little bit away from the city center.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. Very friendly. I am definitely staying here again when i go to Osaka.

As other good reviews, the hotel was great. The hotel was near the station, surrounded by full amenities. The receptionists and cleaners are very polite and helpful. I am happy to have chosen this hotel.

Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster.

Amazing location, reasonable prices, and great facilities. We loved the in-hotel public bathhouse.

Great location and clean and comfortable hotel!

Only a few minutes walk from Kyobashi train station. The station even had a sign to address where the hotel was, so it was super easy to find it. The hotel has everything guests need such as convenience store, microwave, washing machine, vending machine and ice machine. There are many stores and restaurant within walking distance and Osaka Castle is only around 15 minutes walk as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I recommend this hotel to everyone who travel around Kansai area.

The cafe next to the inn offered nice meal. The inn is right next to sub-way line, very convenient. The staff is attentive to our needs.

ホテル2階から連絡橋で京橋駅直結で便利でした。 2階にはコンビニもあります。 猛暑での宿泊だった為に、外出でカードキーを持ち出すたびにエアコンの電源が落ちて部屋が高温になるので、環境配慮と快適さの天秤で悩ましかったです。

清潔で過ごしやすい素敵なホテルでした。大浴場もリラックスできました。次回大阪に訪れた際にも利用したいです。

朝食が美味しかったです 部屋は狭かったけど、テレビが大きくて良かったです。

大阪城ホールでのLIVEの為に宿泊しました。会場にも近く、駅へも直結しており大変アクセスが良かったです。 大浴場の使用状況が部屋のTVで確認できて　非常に良かった。

朝食が良かった

特に問題なく過ごしました。
