The Hotel was lovely. Breakfast tasty altho cup was chipped, Sausages were provided for oyr dog every day at breakfast which was lovely. The Staff were very friendly. The inly thing that wasnt up to scratch was slow to heat shower and very poor water pressure. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Overall, slightly disappointing experience. The hotel is in a great location and ok condition for the price, however the wifi connection is pretty much non existent (and mobile data in Llandudno barely works!). The breakfast service was not the best and staff came across rude. We waited 15 minutes before having to ask for a menu or being offered a drink. If we were on 4 in a bed, I would give them a £20 reduction.

The hotel was clean but dated decor wise, the staff were excellent friendly and accommodating . We had a double room on the second floor my grandaughter is 6 years old and was absolutely made up that the window was facing the pier and the big wheel. The internet service was excellent . The breakfast was good . The hotel is in an excellent position for the promenade the pier and the shops. We had a lovely couple of days stay at the Malborough.

Staff polite, nice breakfast but room 306 in desperate need of refurbishment. Like stepping back in time. 80s furniture, peeling wallpaper, stained carpet, musky smelling. Bathroom furniture rusty. A late booking one night stay but won't be returning

We had a truly lovely stay at The Marlborough Hotel, made even more special by its dog-friendly policy which meant our cavapoo could join us on the trip — a huge plus for pet owners! The room had everything we needed and very clean. We had a lovely room with a bay window and two large chairs overlooking the pier. The hospitality was second to none — staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay, which made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight: a table was set up for us in the bar area (as dogs aren't allowed in the main restaurant which is perfectly understandable), and our order was taken with care. The menu offered a wide selection, catering to all tastes, and the service was just as impressive as the food. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend The Marlborough Hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly hotel
