The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was clean and well-maintained (always well-stocked). The room was clean but lacked drinking glasses, and the shower floor was very slippery.

Our room was very clean , spacious and comfortable. Nice big walk in shower . Provided a nice breakfast to start the day .

We love this property and stay every time we’re in the area visiting family. Rooms are lovely and clean. Hotel staff so friendly. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and my daughter is obsessed with the pool. You can’t beat the value either. 5 stars!

This property is located right by the 404 and has lots of options for shopping and food. Easy access to Richmond Hill/Markham. We were here for a baseball tournament in Richmond Hill Very well thought out property and clean. The staff were amazing. This is on my list of go to for anytime we need a hotel in the area. 5 star

Great. It was a little loud with the peeps above my room….but things got quiet around 9/10 at night. There was also a sports team staying there….so I wasn’t expecting breakfast to be so busy at 7 am. Great place to stay. The pool looked awesome.

Very clean, quiet hotel. Great pool area, workout room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly, room was quiet with large tv. Highly recommend.

Water pressure on the 4th floor is terrible. There was hair in the shower. But for the rest it was perfect.
