Excellent staff, from doorman to front desk manager who were all very helpful and polite. Manager guided us to the eating places and how to go to tourist spots. Escorted us to the hotel front door to see us off. Room with AI voice activated command was fabulous. Room was small but neat and has everything we needed. Most enjoyable experience.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in memory This is nothing like Novotel in Europe. It’s like comparing 10 year old Peugeot 205 to the latest BYD limousine. Excellent breakfast, luxurious room with a Japanese type Super Loo Even has free laundry machines and dryers and detergent and stain remover is provided for free. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

The hotel is converted from an old hotel. The rooms are smaller than modern hotels. But the stuff are super nice! They say hello to you every time they meet you and bowl to you. The try to fulfill every one of our needs. Definitely get the breakfast buffet, they have tons of choices.
