This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay.

Superb value for money and nice setting.

The saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is true for this hotel. I never give negative feedback as I believe it can be very damaging to business. Let’s just say that it’s adequate. Just don’t look into the corners. Meh.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel .it was clean comfortable and very peaceful and front desk manager Mr ishaq was very nice person and very helpful and nice receptionist Zelda is really a busy body .I would love to stay there again if got the chance

Pros: * Frontdesk staff Halil and Selda were courteous and helpful. Hope you'll continue the excellent job that you're doing. * Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. I had a good view from my room which was the stadium. Cons: * Front office manager Isak was invasive of my privacy.    • Upon check-in, Isak asked me if I was interested to visit Ani. I said, "Yes." He then proceeded to offer his friend's services. I politely turned the offer down. When I returned to my room on that same night however, without my permission, he sent his friend to my room to offer his transportation services. I told Isak that what he did was wrong; and he needed to stop doing it.    • For reference, Isak's transpo quote: TL 150; taxis outside: TL 100    • Isak was pushing so hard for me to have dinner at the hotel restaurant ONLY. * My room had no complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, etc. When I borrowed a kettle water heater, there was none. If I needed coffee/tea, I had to request from the frontdesk by either messaging them via Whatsapp or personally going to the reception. There was no telephone in the room. * I was not able to connect to the wifi on the first night. Halil from the frontdesk was very helpful though; but there was an issue with the wifi itself. I was able to connect the next morning.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Im Bad ist das Wasser von der Dusche übergelaufen. Leider sprechen wir kein Türkisch und das Management kein Englisch, so war die Verständigung etwas schwierig. Aber das Personal wsr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Preis Leidting sind in gutem Verhältnis. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig mit Käse und Honig aus der Region, sehr lecker.

Ayrıca personel gün içerisinde temizlik yaptığı sırada sohbet sebebiyle çok gürültü yapabiliyor. Geceleri kapı kapama sesleri duvarlardan çok kolay geçiyor. Wi-fi çok iyi çalışıyor. Oda televizyonu yayını iyi. Oda ve otelin temizliği gayet ideal. Kahvaltı gayet bol seçenekli ancak dizilim daha mantıklı yapılabilir. Tatlılar ve tuzlular iç içe geçiyor. Daha yaratıcı ve misafire kolaylık sağlayacak bir sıralama yapılabilir. Her şey iç içe maalesef. Menemen ısıtılan küvette beklemediğinden soğuyor. Çay bardakları çok çabuk bitiyor. Sonuçta kimse plastikle içmek zorunda değil, camın keyfi başka. Cam çay bardağı temini daha iyi yapılabilir. Bir filtre kahve makinası alınıp kahvaltıya konulabilir. Herkes çay içmek zorunda değil keza. Kahveciler de var. Son olarak kahvaltıyla ilgilenen personel biraz fazla telaş yapabiliyor. Öyle olduğunda ne söylediği anlaşılmıyor ve sizi dinlemiyor. Böyle davrandığı için 9.38'de haşlanmış yumurta bitmiş dememize rağmen bize sormadan masamıza yumurta getirdi ve tabağı önümüze koymadı, adeta fırlattı. Tabağı normalce koymayı tercih de edebilirdi. Panik yüzünden edemedi.
