The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. I arrived at around 12:40 and because the room was available, I was supported to check in early. The alley gate will close after 11pm, if you come back late, call the receptionist to pick you up, the hotel's phone number is on gg maps. The bathroom is a bit inconvenient, there is no place to hang clothes and the sauna is small, otherwise the space is very comfortable and spacious.

A bit overrated. It's in a quiet short blind alley that got locked after 11pm for securities reasons. It's a bit inconvenient when you got to phone a receptionist to open the gate (it's their duty to do so). The walls between the rooms are not thick that you could hear what people talk on the corridor. In general, it's okay but the room rate did not match the facility.

Điểm ấn tượng phòng có nhiều ổ cắm điện, nước nóng đảm bảo nóng 24/24 không như những hotel khác... Chấm 4/5 điểm theo thang điểm 5.

The location is of fantastic points with a diverse of services in the vicinity including restaurants, cafe, spa treatments. The hotel facility is just right to my expectation plus the hospitality of the staff here. Highly recommended!

The receptionists were really nice and supportive. The room looked exactly like the photos, warm and cozy. However, the cups, dishes and bowls are covered with a layer of dust. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

Phòng sạch sẽ. Hơi bé nhưng nhà mình ở như vậy là ổn. Tất cả đều ok từ cơ sở vật chất tới nhân viên phục vụ, chỉ duy nhất wifi là không bắt được thôi 🥲

The hotel is in a good location but the staff is not friendly, enthusiastic and unprofessional. 1 receptionist per day, 1 question per person per day. When I booked a landmark view room, the view was blocked by a newly built building. The photo with the balcony arrived, but the flower balcony couldn't come out anymore. Stiff old towels. On the first day, when I came back, I found the room was still intact, not cleaned, the water did not add, and was explained that because I did not hang the sign, I asked where the sign was, but I couldn't find it. If a hotel/resort doesn't hang a sign, people will also voluntarily clean it up. More than 850k/night without breakfast but my experience is really not satisfied. Your friendliness and professionalism made my stay very unhappy! After this experience, I will not come back and I will not go to any hotel in the same system as mecozy

The space is ok, I can book a view of the 5th floor overlooking the landmart, the view is quite dark, the toilet is clean, the room is clean, the equipment is new. But in return, the kitchen only has pots and pans that you want to cook, a bit lacking in utensils. The soundproofing of the room from the outside is a bit poor. Rating 8/10
