The room at the front has a city view. If you stay on the 4th floor, it is not suitable for the elderly. The elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor. You have to walk up another flight of stairs.

The room is good, the service is good, but the floor is very slippery. While using the fitness center, a staff member came in and turned off the air conditioning without informing me.

I've stayed here twice and have been impressed each time. This time, I went out for dinner and returned around 8:00 PM. There was one available parking spot in front of the hotel. I was about to park when a security guard came up to me and said a guy had already reserved it. I'd like to know what kind of room I need to be in to reserve a parking spot. He then told me to park on the opposite side of the dark lot. There was no standard of customer service. I don't plan on staying here again.
