My experience from check-in until I checked out, the hotel staff was friendly, the cleanliness was good, almost all areas of the hotel were always clean, the service was good, the facilities were good to use, you can exercise, swim, and go to the gym, at night you can enjoy the beauty of Jayapura while seeing the red bridge in the Sky Lounge, basically I really recommend you to stay here, there is something special that I asked for in the app such as an additional high floor and a view of the red bridge, it was really given by the hotel, thank you Hotel Horison Ultima Entrop.

The staff is very friendly, the environment is quiet, the view is beautiful and clean, the facilities are good, it is highly recommended, you won't regret it, because it is not far from shops and places to eat.

The best star hotel in Jayapura city from all the hotels I have ever stayed in. Last week I stayed for 2 nights. Even though it was only 2 nights. I feel like staying at Horison Ultima Entrop again. The best service and facilities. I just hope there will be more discounts in the future. Thanks
