Toilet and sink cleanliness is lacking. And soap is not provided for washing hands. This pandemic should be provided again. Likewise, there is no hand sanitizer at all. But the employees are still polite. Suggestion. If possible, provide soap for washing hands in the sink. Hand sanitizer is provided. Water always available. So it's not always lacking. Which causes people who stay overnight difficult to bathe and defecate. An electric kettle is provided so if you want warm water to drink, just heat it up. Before the customer comes, check the cleanliness of the room again. Service needs to be improved again. The most important thing is cleanliness.
