I've stayed here many times when I go back to Cikarang. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is that the check-in process is a bit long, but the other facilities are okay.

I don't know because I asked for a smoking room, but the AC wasn't really cold, just blowing air that made me suffocate + there was no drinking water provided. If possible, replace the TV with a smart TV because at that price, you can get one with better facilities.
