It was a pleasure to stay here. The price was affordable, the place was clean, and despite being an old house, it didn't feel creepy or scary. It was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

I stayed here on September 20th, and only for one night. Overall, I was very satisfied and happy. Since I still had time before check-in, I decided to have coffee at the coffee shop, and surprisingly, the coffee was delicious. It was also affordable. The receptionist was very friendly and always smiling. I got room 2, with twin beds. There were towels on each bed. There were also two bottles of water. The blanket and sheets were clean. The room, although small, was beautiful and, in my opinion, just the right size. The bathroom was clean, had hot water, and the AC was really cold. The TV channels were plentiful and clear. The Wi-Fi password will be sent by the Reisban admin via WhatsApp. And since the gate closes at 11 PM, be sure to let them know in advance if you're going to be home later than that. Their phone number is posted on the back of the room door. With a room rate of only around 200 rupiah per night and breakfast included, it's truly a great deal. Moreover, if you want coffee, just order at the coffee shop, and if you need snacks, you can also go directly to the coffee shop. The coffee shop is only open until 3:30 PM. Perhaps to avoid the noise, the coffee shop is open until late so that guests don't feel disturbed. The hotel is located near Prawirotaman, so it's still close to everywhere, but not as busy as the streets in Prawirotaman, making it perfect for those who don't really like busy roads. It's also close to Superindo.

In my opinion, the best, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, smells good, the staff is very friendly and very homey, I stayed for 2 nights, I was very happy, the cafe has good coffee, the price is cheap, it is close to Prawirotaman which has lots of foreigners, it is also close to culinary ❤️😘

I stayed here for two nights. I added an extra bed. Breakfast was decent. The downside was the ants.

Comfortable, there is a cafe too, but it opens from 2 pm until night. The coffee is good, the iced tea too. The breakfast is also okay. I haven't tried the cafe's food menu. The location is around south of Prawirotaman, if you want to go to Prawirotaman, walk about 10-15 minutes.

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the parking is a bit difficult, there is no valet.

The best budget accommodation in Yogyakarta.

Good low budget hotel. Very well maintained old building. Free breakfast (we got fried rice, omelet, pickles and hot tea. delicious ♥️) We stayed overnight to rest during the trip from West Java to East Java. The kids were comfortable with the bedroom and bathroom which seemed clean, bright, minimalist. The hot water worked well, there was shampoo, hand soap, 2 towels, a sink. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that provides a bolster 👍🏻👍🏻 There are many food vendors around the hostel. oh yeah, our room lights suddenly went out, but it's okay, it's already 8 am. The only drawback is that parking the car is a bit difficult 😁 otherwise this is a nice hostel.

cool, the coffee is delicious. the coffee is that delicious but the price is really cheap🥰 cool cool anyway. tomorrow if I go to Jogja, I definitely want to stay here again. the atmosphere is quiet, comfortable, natural, fun. if possible, the coffee is open longer. so that you can enjoy the night atmosphere and coffee until night. at least until 12 midnight.
