Good. The room is clean, comfortable to sleep in, and close to the airport.

Overall, the hotel is good. I chose a family room. The area is spacious. The bathroom is clean. I stayed here this time because I had an exam at Rajabhat University. It's nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute walk. There's a 7-11 at the entrance and a laundry next to it. Everything is complete.

The reception staff provided good service and spoke politely. The room was clean. The towels were clean. The blankets and bed sheets were clean and smelled good. The check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

The room is clean, the location is good, there is a 7-Eleven near the hotel, but the parking lot is a bit small. Overall, it's very good. I like the family room very much. I will go back to stay here again.

1. พนักงานที่ reception ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ต้อนรับดี 2. ความปลอดภัยถือว่าโอเค ต้องใช้คีย์การ์ดในการขึ้นลงลิฟท์ 3. ความสะอาดภายในห้อง อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี 4. แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ อินเทอร์เน็ต WIFI เร็วพอใช้ สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุงคือ 1. ไม่มีชุด kit 2. เครื่องอุปกรณ์สำหรับอาบน้ำ เช่น สบู่ น้ำยาสระผม ควรมีให้เพียงพอ 3. ควรให้คีย์การ์ด 2 ใบ 4. ที่จอดรถ ควรมีร่มหรือทำเป็นหลังคา

At 12:00 night when my whole family was resting, a stranger knocked on the room door constantly. Then the receptionist calls about I have a friend to stay with and please open the door? I don't have any friends, I'm vietnamese and I stayed there 2 nights. If more people arrive, I should be the one to inform the hotel and not in such a situation. HOWEVER, despite being disturbed by knocking on the door and continuous calls from the reception, I still have not received any explanation or apology?
