Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Lovely location, intimate b&b and enjoyable. Downside, well air conditioning was not working but was being fixed. Parking, arrive on a weekend and you will struggle. But minor really and lovely location and staff were lovely Will return!

Nice place, but no AC

This place is an absolutely gem! Nicely renovated classic building. Extremely friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. All at a reasonable price - we will come back for sure and will stay longer next time

We loved everything about this hotel. Was in a less touristy area. Comfortable tasteful and the staff could not have been more warm and helpful. Exceptional exceptional place.

We had a great time in Lenno at the Balbianino! It's a short walk from the Lenno ferry, very convenient and Lenno is a beautiful, quiet town. Also close to the Balbianello Villa, which is why we booked this b&b. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the lake.

Great boutique hotel with friendly, knowledgeable service, good breakfast in good location. Walking distance to restaurants, ferry and stores. Nice little town that wasn't overwhelmed with tourists due to its size. Room size, partial lake view, parking were also pluses. Recommend over the big hotels.

Fantastic stay and great location near restaurants and boat to other villages!

One lone woman manned the desk and she was absolutely lovely. Extremely helpful and very warm. She made the stay wonderful !

Super netter Kontakt und eine Unterkunft mit tollem Ambiente und liebevoll hergerichtetem Frühstück. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir unkompliziert im Garten unterbringen.

Einfache aber schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Bis auf die Dusche alles sehr sauber, diese war auch oberflächlich sauber, hatte aber schon Spuren, die beim normalen Putzen nicht weggehen. Für mich waren Bett und Kissen zu hart, aber da sind die Vorlieben ja verschieden. Toll war, das es sehr ruhig war und man wacht mit Blick auf den See auf.

Très bon accueil dans cet établissement où nous avons fait une étape d'une nuit, sur la route des vacances. Belle situation géographique tout près du lac et à côté de la villa Balbianello qu'il faut absolument visiter.

sembra che le regole del Covid vengano sfruttate per ridurre l'offerta della colazione al minimo; una brioche in due e quando abbiamo chiesto se ne potevamo avere una in più la risposta è stata: sono contate! Non avevano il limone e il pane era di qualità pessima; la frutta che avevamo chiesto non ci è stata portata; la camera era pulita ma al pianoterra e dà direttamente sulla strada; in generale manca completamente la cura del dettaglio

Great location with good connections to the other towns in Lake Como, as well as walking distance to a few restaurants along the coast. The view from the room was incredible as promised, but the highlight was the hospitality from the hostess who ensured our trip was as smooth as possible.

Heerlijke B&B op een top locatie aan het Comomeer. De kamer was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is uitstekend voor het maken van verschillende uitstapjes op/rondom het meer (ligging aan de Greentrail wandelroute, boot opstapplaats Lenno op 200m). Onze gastvrouwe was daarnaast ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en wist veel te vertellen over de omgeving. Wij komen zeker terug.

We had a wonderful stay at Balbianino. The lake can be reached in a few minutes by foot. From there you can start your daily trips, go to restaurants or visit Villa del Balbianello. Daniela and her Staff were super nice and gave us great tips for planning our stay. They took care of special requests we had for breakfast. A high standard of hygiene was maintained at every time - we felt really safe concerning COVID-19 precautions. We can highly recommend this place and we would like to come back in the future.

Parfait petit hôtel avec plein de charme, vue sur le lac, accueil super, chambre très propre et petit déjeuné excellent et copieux. Si nous revenons au lac de Côme, nous choisirons sans hésiter ce même hôtel !
