Hair around sink Smelly pillow cases Noisy extractor fan that does not turn off

Short notice booking. Lady on reception 22.08.25, was amazing, went out of her way to help. Room very strange. Bare concrete walls. Not sure what that was about. Felt odd and a bit uninviting. Not great value for money. Dont forget, have to pay extra to park. £9 a day.

Very nice place with nice rooms, only thing I would say but it's not really a complaint I found the rooms a little dark due to no ceiling lights but that's it .

Worse sleep ever constantly having to play around with air conditioning to stop it mking a horrendous noise. Went down in the mornong nobody around & had to leave early for work anyway! No impressed

First room smelt of smoke so had to move. Second room had cleanliness issues in the shower and under the unit near the window - attention to detail needed

Clean room, comfortable bed, reasonably priced bar. Breakfast included in price!

First time staying at an Ibis hotel . I was very impressed by friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness is 5 star throughout.Lobby and bar/restaurant is welcoming and good selection of drinks ( not overpriced either) Slept really well ,bed was very comfortable with fresh ,quality bed linen.

Charging for parking and charging disabled vehicles , £9 or you take a deal £6 not good 😐 also £3.00 for a cup of tea at the bar hidden charges beer £5.50 for A bottle of beer ??

Comfy bed, Good bar/ lounge area, easy check in and out process. We have stayed multiple times before but this time we’re left disappointed. Air con wasn’t cooling at all, we struggled to sleep and had to walk outside at 3am to cool down. Shower had black mould build up in the edges. Parking fee wasn’t made clear on booking.

Very helpful and friendly staff both in the bar/restaurant and on the front desk. Good location close to the motorway but no motorway noise at night. Clean room and any issues were very quickly resolved.

Clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Hotel and rooms are modern, no complaints there. Charging for parking is a bit of a sting, considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial park - but other than that, was great.

Was good until we ca.e to leave. A car had blocked us completely in so we was going nowhere. Reception could not find the ow er from tge redg. Half hour later a stroppy woman came to the car, i told her we had been waiting half hour and all she said was don't give me any grief i didn't get in till early hours of morning. As if thats my problem and gives her the right to block you in. No apology or anything

It was a very hot evening. Air con was not effective in cooling room. Couldn’t sleep well at all

Comfortable beds and amazing roomy shower

arrived pretty late after 10.30 pm. welcomed by friendly staff, reasonable priced parking at £9 overnight, the Room was spot on, immaculately clean, as was the Shower / Toilet

Not a great location, but convenient for the Motorway! But for what you get, the room is expensive, and then to charge for parking on top! Surely entered the number plate, but I not be charged. When I went out for the evening, I couldn't even park, so I wasted £9! I travel every week with work and the hotel/staff were great, but leaves a bad taste with costs!!!
