Decent rooms and good location

I got there after midnight and was quickly checked in & shown my apartment. The beds were comfortable. The shower(s) had good water pressure. The kitchen had just what I needed & I really appreciated the supply of tea/coffee & milk. I had been travelling for 2 weeks & having a washing machine was a huge plus. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. I would recommend, and I will return.

Great stay, lovely staff, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Great location for town centre and train station. Perfect for a short get away. Would stay here again if coming back to Norwich.

perfect location, and good facilities, but the place is a bit tired, the laminate flooring in my room was coming up and there was black mould in the bathroom. However the rest of the apartment was clean. The bed was so comfortable and good quality linen. The kitchen was basic, but had everything you needed for a short stay. Would i go back , yes

Managed to get a good deal for a 3 night stay and was honestly blown away by how nice it was. Just off the main road in the middle of Norwich, it was located in a really nice area that was peaceful at night. Had an amazing kitchenette in the room with an oven, hob, microwave, sink, fridge and washing machine, so we could basically self cater the whole time we were in the city working. Very polite and attentive staff on arrival, the lobby is comfy with nice couches, everything nicely presented. It's clean, modern and cosy place, so much better than imagined. It had everything we needed and we would certainly stay again.

Everything was above and beyond. A short walk to the main center of town. Excellent restaurants close by. Staff was extremely helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Very convenient for station, shops nearby. Clean, well equipped and good heating and ventilation. Comfortable bed and option for many extras . Coming back after dark as a lone, elderly female did not feel comfortable in the area. No lift was an issue for me . My fault as should have checked and asked for ground or first floor

Great location. Near to main dining and shopping areas. No car needed. This was my first time in a non-serviced facility so was not really impressed with having to ask for towels and make the bed. Will not stay in this type of accommodation again.

Very high spec’ apartment which has 24 hour reception and is very close to the cathedral and good restaurants. A really pleasant place and area to stay. I had lunch beside the river with the swans before getting the train from the nearby station. I’ll be back …

Excellent accommodation, very handy to the station, cathedral and castle. Great value for money.

The rooms were compact but felt spacious due to excellent layout. Kitchen was thoughtfully supplied, including things often omitted from such arrangements (such as including salt and pepper, and paper towels) The staff was helpful and courteous. The only 'fly in the ointment ' was that we found the temperature in the shower to be extremely hard to set and unstable (but eventually workable).

Hot water was hard to get going!

Generally a good property and location . The floor and the rug needs proper cleaning as both are dirty. The toilet seat cover couldn’t stay up because of the design of the basins counter.

Modern apartments in a quiet neighbourhood (at least during the week). Beautiful, clean accommodation in a well-secured building. Not far from the station. Tesco Express is 5 minutes away.

Studio was equipped with everything needed & was very comfortable . Staff were welcoming & helpful. A short walk to Catherdral& then 2O mins or so into the city centre

The apartments are excellent value for money. The location is great, only a few minutes walk into the centre of town with lots of shops/restaurants/pubs close by. The apartments themselves are clean and comfortable, and the staff at reception always gave us a friendly welcome.

Facilities and location are unparalleled. The staff were also professional and friendly, and I had everything I needed for a few nights' stay. However, I feel the cleanliness could have been improved on as I found dust bunnies when I first entered the room. The property could also do with some updating soon as the walls and tiles in the bathroom were slightly worn.

Clean apartment with great amenities. The only snag was the lack of parking facilities.
