Lovely gardens and reception. Room in very poor condition. Needs a serious upgrade, esp to the bathroom.

We touched Australian nature and run into kangaroos were amazing! Activities are plenty and huge lake for humbling and running. It’s a hotel but I feel like it’s kind of villa. High recommended for everyone especially for families with kids.

What a woefully kept hotel. There was heavy rain which poured through the covered walkways like a raging river. No amenities in these overpriced rooms (water, shower cap etc). Basically it’s an overpriced motel with a fancy lobby. Save your money and go elsewhere

Very comfortable stay

Check in was painfully slow. Only two staff for a Friday afternoon. Room was excellent. Same for the surroundings, breakfast and breakfast staff.

I checked in and took so long nurodivergent Foster child having melt down and didn't get the róom key then manger was going to meet me out front with key and I was in there 15 20 mins so left and had to pay else where

Great place to stay in order to attend an event in Maroochydore

When we got to the resort, we didn’t get the room we booked for. So they told us they were upgrading us to a room that was on the floor Level, which we specifically chose not to get with the last room, due to security issues. The electricity in the room along the wall behind the bed didn’t work so no lamps for the beside table., the toilet had a constant running noise and we couldn’t turn the water off to stop it, so we heard it all through the night. And it had an old smell to it. Like the room hadn’t been used in a while or it had been shut up for a long time and had an old person smell to it.

Paid for Lagoon view but was very limited to view. Room was so far from facilities and phone in room was not working. Had to use mobile to ring resort to get someone to answer. A/c noisy and when turned off refrigerator was noisy.

Rooms need a refurb - we have stayed various times & have noticed a lot of deterioration

Was a lovely place to stay with a small range of activities (would have be better if it wasn’t raining).

Great clean room great atmosphere vibe and relaxing place to stau definitely be back. The only issue for us was the back door mat was so slippery i could of really hurt my self multiple times. Overall 9/10 guys

This was our 3rd stay in as many years at the Novotel, Twin Waters. My husband and I absolutely love coming here. It has that ‘secluded’, cosy feel you crave on a couple getaway. We have zero complaints, which is why we’re planning another 2 getaways this year.

An excellent family resort. Very safe and with excellent professional staff.
