The place is quiet, suitable for those who don't like crowds, road access is only by motorbike, but the aesthetics can make some nice photos, not far from Malioboro 900m, it's fun and comfortable, the bed is soft, fragrant, the room is spacious, and it's also clean the hotel is always a success 😇😇😇

Everywhere is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the bedroom is too, and the place is even more horrifying. It's even harder to get into the alley.

The location is close to point zero, perfect for those looking for a cheap and cheerful place with a good night's sleep. Don't expect too much. For me, it's worth it.

The accommodation is located in a small alley, close to the 0 km monument, just a short walk to two traffic lights. So you can go to Malioboro every afternoon. The room is comfortable, with a soft spring bed, clean, with a fan and power outlets. It's off the main alley and there are lots of food vendors. The downside is there are only two bathrooms outside, one of which had a broken lock, so it couldn't be locked. Hopefully, it will be fixed. So I only used the other bathroom. The other bathroom was clean. Luckily, it wasn't the peak season when I stayed there; for three nights, there were only two or three rooms occupied. Try it if...

Imagine what would happen if the rooms were full during the peak season, with only one bathroom lockable. Another suggestion: clean the trash can daily, or at least every two days, to prevent trash from piling up.

The staff is friendly, very family-like, and most importantly, it is close to all tourist areas.

Overall I like this place. Plus : - Clean room, big fan - Big & soft bed - Location close to 0 kilometer point - Close to food & minimarket - Outside bathroom but clean Minus : - The entrance to the alley is very small, only fits 1-2 motorbikes - Some of the bathroom doors are broken - If there was a reception desk + bell, it would be more comfortable. Honestly, it's a bit awkward to check in or out, because it's indoors.

Friendly staff, with that price it is very worth it. Located in a strategic location.
