Bed sheets that already have lots of stains should not be used again. They are clean but look uncomfortable.

The rooms are nice, clean, the AC is cold, there is a water heater, the admin is also friendly.

Bad experience! The room is comfortable, but the toilet? So bad! Dirty, water heater not working, slippery floor, smelly. But the worst is the DEFENSIVE admin! Not humble enough to apologize. Did not inform you that the pool could not be used. What a bad experience :).

Saya senang dengan pelayanannya, agen ramah. Kamar juga cukup bersih, walaupun tidak terlalu luas kamarnya. Pokoknya puas dengan pelayanan dari agen Double Tree. Next kalau mau ke sini, pasti akan pesan melalui agen ini.

Untuk aksesnya rada riweh, dan susah kalo mau pesen makanan online. Sementara di dalam kamarnya seperti ada bau bangkai, bocor air wastafelnya, dan ada beberapa bagian yang rusak.
