It's really fun to stay here, plus the trekking facilities make it even more interesting and hassle-free.

Communication was difficult. Complaints were difficult because there was no internal telephone in the room. Ordering drinking water online took a long time. (Restore barcodes were provided.) On Traveloka, the room picture in the room I booked was a suite, but I was given a deluxe. The TV couldn't be used due to poor signal. Even when I complained, there was no movement. Communication was very difficult due to the distance from the reception. This was because I booked a glamping room. Ahhh, so disappointing.

There was a corporate gathering while I was staying, and breakfast was extremely crowded. My family and I were given shared seating by one of the groups, but couldn't start eating because there were no plates at all. Some of the food items took a long time to be refilled. The hotel should have been more considerate of the occupancy rate. I brought teenagers and young children who were already hungry. Other than that, overall, it was okay.

I had the best experience staying here. The staff were very friendly from check-in to checkout, and they helped me with everything. The glamping area is spacious and never gets boring. The pool and lounge area are comfortable, allowing me to wait for the kids to swim while having breakfast. I'll be back with a full family next time. Thank you Artotel Pelangi Park🫶🏻

I celebrated my anniversary here and highly recommend it. The service is friendly and the check-in and check-out process is hassle-free. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for healing from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast menu is varied, everything is top notch.

Mines TV is still digital using a seatbox, not a smart TV, so it can't use Netflix.

The hotel is glamping-style and clean, and I love the all-digital check-in service. Unfortunately, there's no breakfast buffet due to the lack of guests. However, we were served a selection of breakfast items in the room. It's okay.

The ambiance is OK, many trees etc., if you do not want to go far to the top can still get the vibes. The food doesn't match the price of the hotel and there is no variety, the food is just ordinary. The breakfast is a bit far from the accommodation.

If possible, maybe add a fan for the day because it's really hot and the AC doesn't go towards the bed so it's only cool in front of the AC. The rest is really good, but because it's glamping, it gets really hot if you come during the day.

Steady, steady, steady and really steady

This is my second time staying here and it's even more disappointing. The first time, many of the room's equipment was broken, such as the kettle. And this time it was even worse, we arrived at 12 midnight and the room's AC was broken. Even though we had booked well in advance and check-in wasn't that early, why wasn't there an initial check? So our family should have been able to rest immediately, but now we have to wait quite a while until the AC is fixed. I hope this place can check the rooms more carefully before guests arrive.

It's very quiet but comfortable. The reception area and the hotel are separate.
