air-conditioning was not good, couldn't sleep well. have to go out of the room to cool down. Even though breakfast was included in our stay however it was not enough. the quantity displayed on the buffet table was less then sufficient for the 4 of us and we have to keep asking the staff if there are any replenishment of the food. there was no water activities for example jet ski or banana boat. just for these experiences I wont return again.

overall it was a good short trip for friends or family. A lot of activities available on site, although most of them are paid services. We got a free fishing session during our stay, it was fun to sit and chill for 2 hours without getting anything (fishing is just not for me I guess). The restaurant offer plenty of options. The trip will take around 2 hours from Batam Centre, 1 hour on land and the other at sea depends on the size of the boat. All in all, I would love to visit again in distance future.

The only downside here is the resort area, which seems poorly maintained. The general facilities could use a repaint. Check-in and check-out times, which are very short, could be improved.

The hotel staff is friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious & clean. The location is integrated with Galang Island but is on the east side of the island & there is no land access so it feels like a remote island. There are many biodiversity here such as monkeys, hermit crabs, crabs, birds, bees, dense forests - very much in tune with nature. My son enjoyed the lagoon. At night there is a hermit crab hunting activity. If you want to enjoy various rides there outside the lagoon, be prepared to pay extra. Overall this resort is really good for those looking for a quiet place, good view & at one with nature. Be prepared to take a boat from the southeast of Rempang Island with a strict schedule to get to this resort.

In the night, the air conditioner was not cool, and we tried to call the duty staff but there was no reply. Karaoke mic had no battery, unable to enjoy and felt boring in the night.

The extremely strong night wind was a little scary.

The place is nice, clean and the staff are friendly. Suitable for healing immediately after a tiring work routine.

Very nice view. Service okay. Only access to the pick up point is a bit difficult, but after asking it seems like they will provide transportation from Batam to Kiki and back again, just try asking. The price of the food is a bit expensive, yes it's also called a resort 😂 but it tastes good. Thank you Kiki.

Amazing experience during my stay at Kiki Beach Resort. Because the concept of the resort is a quiet vacation with beautiful sea views and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Don't be surprised if there is no TV in the room, because that's their concept. But don't worry, there are lots of water and forest activities here that travelers can try. In my opinion, the rooms are clean, neat and complete with equipment and toiletries. The food is quite delicious. The choice of food and drink menus is also quite a lot. The service of all employees is friendly and ready to help. For travelers, at the resort there is a rule that you are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. So as much as possible for travelers to obey the rules. Because in my point of view, the existence of such rules, maybe to help their economy. Because it turns out, the information I got from the employees here, that all the food and drink ingredients they provide are taken on land, meaning they have to cross the island first. So maybe for travelers to share their fortune / be generous in ordering food and drinks here. That's all my opinion about this resort. Hopefully Kiki Beach Resort will continue to advance, develop, succeed and be better than what is already good. Sorry if there are any words that are not pleasing. So, I highly recommend this resort for travelers who want to find peace.

Sangat menyenangkan, khusus yang bawa anak, jajanan atau snack bawa saja yang banyak karena restorannya menyediakan makanan berat saja.

They needed to improve the food menu of the dinner set because the food portion was smaller than our expectation. We thought that we enjoyed a variety of seafood, but the reality was gone. Thank you.

Initially we would give the rating on the stay almost as a full mark. We love the ambience there, kiki island is very suitable for us to unwind and relax our mind after a long hours of work. Staffs are very friendly and responsive. They always pay a good attention and our request to their fullest duty. Food could be better if the food was be able to be served in warm temperatures. We order Nasi goreng, Soto ayam, and Pisang goreng. Nasi goreng was served cold, not even room temperature. Soto was tasteless, almost as plain as mineral water. But the pisang goreng was above the par. And juices are fine too. But we waited almost 50mins for our meal despite the restaurant seems empty. Despite of the downside, we were still able to enjoy ourselves. As the night view is fantastic. And ambience during the night time was breathe taking. We can really see the beauty of the island and Mother Nature. But the worst part of the trip was upon going back by their chartered ferry. Upon set off, just 10mins later, the ferry broken down. We were floated for around 50mins in the middle of the sea. I believe if proper maintenance was conducted, our trip will end with a bright note. To make thing worse, we have another ferry to Singapore to catch. And this delay caused us to miss the ferry. Overall was not a pleasant trip.
