They charge 3500 tl which is almost 100$ for some chocolate and couple drinks, they already put them im the room refrigerator and they should be free as a guest property, they did robbery, didn’t tell we have to pay for it while we arrived at the front desk

Oda da ufak sorunlar olsa da çalışanların desteğiyle çözüldü. Banyo tesisatları problem yarattı biraz ancak genel olarak iyi bir konaklamaydı.

To overrated. Brand doesn’t deserve high price.

Hizmet tenizlik ilgi çok guzel sadece kapidan cok ses geliyor bu rahatsiz etti. Sanirim gorevli odasinin yanindaydi oda sebebi bu olabilir ama bu ses rahatsiz etti kapilarda yalitim oluyormu bilmiyorum ama dikkate alinmali bence.

The hotel service is very good, hotel is connected to a mall which is good, however the rooms and mattress needs renovation

The staff was very helpful and highly contributed to our pleasant stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was very clean. We recommend this hotel and have already booked it for our next stay.

The receptionist was checking me in and stopped in the middle to take care of other customer who was checking out. This is very rude and unprofessional. The room said no smoking but the room smells cigarette and had to leave the windows open throughout my stay.
