Penginapannya cocok banget buat aksesnya ke pariwisata daerah Pangalengan, semuanya dekat. Untuk kamar luas dan nyaman serta di lengkapi dengan water heater jadi gak masalah kalo mau mandi pagi-pagi walaupun udaranya dingin. Sarapan juga mantap. Recommended

Hotel yang bikin nyaman dan betah sih, pelayanannya super duper banget, lengkap fasilitas kamarnya. Alat mandi, handuk, air minum kemasan, kopi, teh, gula, pemanas air, TV jernih dan air hangat selalu on untuk mandi karena di sini dingin banget walau tanpa AC dan disediakan pula selimut tebal. Kamar tidur dan kamar mandi super bersih dan luas. Meskipun pertama datang salah tempat (Hotel Citere 1) tapi petugas di sana langsung mengarahkan ke tempat yang benar (Hotel Citere 2). Posisi hotel di pinggir jalan raya utama pangalengan cuma kurang kelihatan kalau gak pake maps. Pokoknya bikin pengen balik lagi deh.

I got room no. 10, the room is clean, spacious, blankets & sheets smell good, only minus the smell of cigarettes. The bathroom is spacious, clean, hot water works. TV channels are clear, get rice boxes in the morning, parking can be in front of the room. Nice hotel!

Happy spending the night here, coincidentally, my parents ordered this room and they said they had a nice room, complete with all the extra toiletries from the bed cover. Breakfast continues with tea, coffee is also provided in the room, hot water for bathing is also safe, no problems.

For standard rooms and facilities, the mattress is a bit hard, but the staff is friendly. There is no electric kettle but there is a thermos, it's just a bit complicated because if you're finished, you have to ask first.

They should build better hotel for this price. Or at least do better maintenance for the building. No shower curtain, no slipper, tube TV (oh lord), must watch door otherwise cats enter my room. Plus points are, receptionist was very helpful and friendly, fresh air environment, enough hot water for shower. Breakfast was mediocre.
