They didn't give us blankets, they said it was the rainy season, but the blankets were all wet. And they didn't give us towels, what if visitors don't bring them?

The staff are very helpful... but sometimes it's a pity because the staff are old. There should be young people who help clean the rooms and bathrooms. The hotel should replace the mattresses and pillows because they are worn out, dirty and smell musty.

I'm a Suite Room customer. The location is very strategic, especially for culinary purposes. Street food stalls with all kinds of options are lined up around the hotel. It's right next to a 24-hour Indomaret. The hospitality, especially the staff, is very kind and friendly. They feel like family. What needs improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms (beds). Housekeeping should be more professional. Every room-making standard operating procedure (SOP) should be followed, including changing sheets and blankets with clean ones. Towels and toiletries should be provided before guests check in.

very good location near the city center, wifi is very smooth and fast. the room smells musty, the sheets, blankets, bathroom, and closet are dirty, the AC is not cold, so the filter is cleaned by itself, it immediately becomes cold.

near the town square, easy to check in, bathroom needs to be renovated, there should be young people who clean the hotel, it's not nice for parents who work there to go up and down the stairs, but the location is very close to the town square, for breakfast next to the hotel there is a seller of really delicious rice and a cake shop. hopefully come back here again to stay
